It's Instagram Hop Time w/Creative Worship

This is the day that the LORD has made.  I will rejoice and be glad in it.  Every day is a new opportunity to PRAISE GOD for all His goodness towards us.  I praise Him today and every day for His mercy and goodness towards me.  I am truly blessed.  Today begins the December Instagram Hop with Creative Worship Stamps, and I hope you'll join the fun for your chance to win a $25 gift card to Creative Worship Stamps.
I saw a lovely card on Instagram that was created by someone on the Brass & Bliss DT that used this basic idea, and I absolutely loved it.  I used products from Creative Worship to create my own version of this lovely card.  The base is black cardstock layered with deep red cardstock layered with white cardstock.  I used the Psalm 23 Background Stamp to stamp the words onto my background.  I did this twice, and I cut pieces of the background using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I raised up the three panels and matched them up to the words underneath as best as I could.
I used the Thoughtful Wreaths Stamp Set to stamp the wreath, the holly leaves and for the sentiment.  I cut extra wreaths using the Thoughtful Wreaths Dies, and I layered them to give my wreath some dimension.  I attached the holly leaves and added some "berries" by attaching red miniature floral prills in little clusters.  I used the beautiful Lantern Light Stamp Set to stamp my bow.  I painted it with Fired Brich Oxide Ink and cut it using the Lantern Light Dies.
Head on over to my Instagram Page to find the Insta Hop.  You won't want to miss any of the fabulous inspiration, and you won't want to miss the opportunity to WIN a $25 gift card to Creative Worship Stamps.  Thanks so much for your visit here today.

Here's where I'm sharing this fun Christmas card:

Double D Challenges: Christmas Wrap Theme - I used the traditional colors as seen below and I added a pretty red bow to "wrap" up my pretty wreath.  Everything needs a bow, right??  I even see some holly sprigs on these pretty packages.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Simon Says "Use Dies in DieCember" as I mentioned above, I used lots of great dies to create my wreath card that I'm sharing today.

Blessings,
Karen

New Release & Instagram Hop w/Creative Worship

Are you ready for some FUN, inspiration, amazing NEW products (including stamps, dies, stencils and more) and a chance to WIN a $25 gift card to spend at Creative Worship Stamps?  Well, if so, you're in the right place because we have all this (and more) is waiting for you at the Creative Worship Stamps November IG Hop.  Come and join the fun and be prepared to fall in LOVE with these fabulous new products from Creative Worship.
I used a base of patterned paper from the Craft Consortium's 6x6 Scorched Wood Paper Pad.  I layered that with a piece of basic cream cardstock that I cut using the fabulous Stitched Rectangle Dies to create that sweet background frame.  I stamped that piece using the super cool Typewriter Text Background Stamp.  I also did a bit of stencilling using the fabulous NEW Moroccan Quatrefoil Stencil.  A few splotches of paint and some stamped "smudges" using the Going Postal Stamp Set accent my card.
The sentiment was also stamped onto a Stitched Rectangle Die piece.  I used the Autumn Splendor Stamp Set to stamp all the lovely leaves and acorn that I placed about my card as accents.  The sweet sentiment (Happy Thanksgiving) is found in the NEW Thanksgiving Pumpkins Stamp Set.  I just LOVE how all the stamps from Creative Worship work together and compliment one another so nicely.  I used several colors of Tim Holtz Oxide Inks to stamp my card and paint my leaves.
Be sure to stop by the Creative Worship IG Page to hop along with us for your chance to WIN.  You'll love the NEW products and all the wonderful inspiration you find along the way.  Thanks so much for visiting me here, and please don't forget to Follow me on IG.  Happy crafting, everyone.

Here's where I'm playing along this week:

Paper Funday Challenges - Challenge #82 - November: Anything Goes w/Optional Merry & Bright - This one, obviously, uses the Anything Goes theme; but I always enjoy using lots of paper layers.

Blessings,
Karen

Feel Better Soon w/Creative Worship

September brings us another AWESOME NEW Release at Creative Worship Stamps.  This month's release includes two gorgeous new Stencils, encouraging sentiment stamps with coordinating dies, a very cool Vintage Postcard Stamp Set, a Clipboard Stamps Set, florals and fun.  And as of today, it's time for the September Instagram Hop where one lucky person will WIN a $25 credit at Creative Worship Stamps.
You can start the Insta Hop by visiting Creative Worship on Instagram.  There's SO much amazing inspiration on this hop, and you'll see new and creative ways to use the NEW Release items and other products from Creative Worship.  For this card, I used black cardstock layered with white cardstock.  I painted the white cardstock with Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, and Seedless Preserves Oxide Inks.  I splattered it with water to leave some water stains.
I stamped the background piece using the fabulous NEW Vintage Postcards Stamp Set, Going Postal and Texture Tiles 1 Stamp Set.  There's also a really COOL NEW Vintage Labels Stamp Set that I love.  On this card, I only used it once (for the # hashtags), but it has so many cool images/words in it; and it coordinates (SO COOL) with the Tabs Tickets & More Dies, making it even COOLER yet.  The sentiments were stamped in the various colors of Oxide Ink using the NEW Typed Thoughts Stamp Set and were cut using the coordinating NEW Typed Thoughts Dies.
The NEW Clipboard Stamp Set was used to stamp the cute clipboard.  I stamped the clip part twice.  I hand cut the second clip, placed it on 3-D White Foam Tabs, and raised it up to look like an actual clip.  Pretty cool new stamp!  A few sequins were the finishing touch.
Thanks so much for visiting me here today.  Don't forget to stop by Creative Worship on Instagram to hop along for your chance to WIN a $25 credit at Creative Worship Stamps.  I always appreciate your comments, thoughts and encouragement.  I hope I'll see you over on Instagram, friends.

I'm sharing my FUN card in the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Simon Says STAMP IT - I did lots of stamping on this fun card.

The Paper Funday Challenges - Challenge #80 - Anything Goes w/Paper - Optional: Changing Seasons

Sweet Holiday Wishes

Welcome back to my little slice of blogland here, friends.  It's always a treat to have you stop by to take a peek at my art and to say hello.  I'm so glad you're here and I look forward to hearing what you think about the card I'm sharing today.  It was a lot of FUN to make, but then again, working with Creative Worship Stamps is always awesome fun.  Today is also the first day of the Creative Worship Stamps August Instagram Hop where one lucky person will WIN a $25 gift certificate to spend at Creative Worship Stamps.
I used black cardstock for my base, and I cut it using the awesome Stitched Rectangle Dies.  This wonderful die set creates a wonderful card base.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies again for the next two layers.  Then I stamped the cute wish list using the sweet Christmas Wish List Stamp.  All the "wishes" that I stamped onto the wish list were stamped in green inks using the Worshipful Wordfetti Stamp Set.  All the things listed here are things I truly do wish for in my life.
I ran a length of vintage lace across the bottom of my card.  I also stamped the sentiment, coffee cups and darling candy canes using the Holiday Cheer Clear Stamp Set.  I tucked some bundled Iridescent String under the sentiment for added texture.  It's fun combining stamp sets, and at Creative Worship there are SO many great choices.
As we share inspirational cards this month featuring the Four Seasons, we hope that you'll see just how ALL the wonderful products from Creative Worship Stamps allow your creativity to soar.  Treat yourself to a new stencil, stamp set, and some exciting new things this month.  Go ahead, you deserve it.

I'm sharing my card and linking it up in the following challenges:

Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge - Challenge #44 - I'm joining the Coffee Loving Papercrafters.  For this challenge, we're asked to share a Christmas themed card with a caffeinated element.  Yes, please!  While this challenge is being sponsored (via the Hostess, Jennifer) the wonderful Newton's Nook.  I didn't use any of their sweet products on my card because I don't own a lot of it.  I have to work with what I've got.  (lol)  I used products from Creative Worship Stamps.

Krafty Chicks Challenges:  Challenge #781 - Christmas - My card uses lots of fun products from Creative Worship Stamps.

TIME OUT Challenges - Challenge #295 - Photo Inspiration - I was drawn to the COFFEE image.  While I didn't go with the Summer vibes in the photo, I switched it up and made it a Christmas card; but I can't resist the coffee.
Blessings,
Karen
